   1. Aftersales/Service Manager

BSC or Master degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent. Minimum 10 years of experince in the service, maintenance of Diesel and motor driven piston & rotary screw Air compressors. Thorough knowledge of above product lines, trouble shooting & training. Well verse in English Communication (written & oral). Strategic mindset. Strong leadership skills. Computer Literate. Well familiar with modern electronic systems for Centrifugal type air compressors. Previous experience with Atlas Copco brand of Air Compressors is preferred. GCC Driving License holder & Arabic speaking is an advantage.
Manages/ monitors Aftersales section, budget setting & planning to meet management given targets.Should be able to liase with clients/ customers in project management for installation & commissioning of equipments. To communicate with Prinicipal Companies for all Technical issues & reports. Lead a team of Technicians, Supervisors & Service Engineers. Promotes & markets the service and parts sales of the company in coordination with Parts & Sr. Service Manager. Initiates regular visits to customers and promotes the importance of service contracts, as well as provides necessary assistance in the service and repair of products.

Sales Manager

BSC/ Master Degree holder in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Computer Literate, Well familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel etc./ Has the ability to liaise with client and customers for marketing & promoting all product lines/ Reliable, tolerant and determined and can work under pressure/ Self Driven, results oriented with a positive outlook towards job. Age : 30-35 yrs. old & with minimum 8 years of experience.

Marketing GET product range and achieving targets mutually set with the General Manager, Planning yearly sales targets/budget for the company (for all products), Preparing & monitoring yearly sales targets for the sales engineer & salesman, Have liaison with consultants, Government organizations, Industries, construction companies & project contractors for promoting sales/ & Tendering the project orders and turnkey assignments.

Parts Procurement Asst.

Bachelor’s Degree Science/ Commerce, Hardworking and can work with minimum supervision, Self Driven, results oriented with a positive outlook towards job, Reliable, tolerant and determined and can work under pressure, Ability to foster a cooperative work environment - Team player. Age: 25-30 yrs. old and with minimum 3 years of experience.

Identifying essential parts order levels raising purchase orders, Update stock levels/ on receipt/ delivery to customer/ workshop, Communicate/ negotiate with suppliers for price discounts and all other spare parts related issues, Maintain order status for machines and stock levels, Follow-Up with different forwarding and clearing agents the timely arrival of orders, Freight forwarder arrangement/ negotiation (if required), Handling discrepancy in shipment (insurance claim and supplier etc.)
