GET is on the threshold of launching an On-the-Job training programme for newly graduates from universities and technical schools to prepare them for entry level positions in functions within the company such as Sales, Accounts and Administration.

The aim is to ensure the company's long and short term strategies and objectives to maintain leadership in the market.
